When collection of data outside of consultation sessions is required, clients may be asked to share electronic files. Clients receive a Notice of Privacy Practices and Authorization for Disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI) from DRCB Consulting that outlines consent for electronic data, including videos.

If video files are too large to send via encrypted email or HIPAA compliant apps - no worries. Data can be send LIVE and securely using a peer-to-peer, end-to-end encryption file transfer application. Decentralized peer-to-peer technology transfers data without uploading to a server/cloud from your desktop or mobile device - no personal information is required. Clients must approve use of external providers/apps that facilitate secure file transfer.
